His Story

A Life Built Here

Will Worsham was raised on a century farm in Webster County — the kind of upbringing that teaches you the value of hard work, community, and personal responsibility. He attended Drury University and then went on to earn his law degree, returning home to build a practice in Rogersville that has served individuals, families, and businesses across southwest Missouri for years.

Will's legal career is unusually broad. He has served as a prosecutor holding criminals accountable, advocated for clients in courtrooms across the region, counseled businesses and families on estate and transactional matters, and served as a judge. That range means he understands the law from every angle — and he'll put that knowledge to work immediately in Jefferson City.

Away from the law, Will is a builder and employer who has started and grown businesses in Webster County. He knows what it means to sign the front of a paycheck, deal with Missouri's regulatory burden, and make decisions that affect people's livelihoods. That experience — combined with his deep roots in this community — is exactly what District 129 needs in its next representative.

Will's Priorities

01

Cut Taxes & Government Waste

Missouri families deserve to keep more of what they earn. Will will push for meaningful tax relief and hold state government accountable to a lean, efficient budget.

02

Protect the Second Amendment

Missouri is a Second Amendment state and Will intends to keep it that way. He will oppose every attempt to infringe on law-abiding citizens' right to keep and bear arms.

03

Support Agriculture

Farming is the backbone of Webster County. Will will fight for policies that protect Missouri's agricultural heritage, support farm families, and defend rural communities from overreach.

04

School Choice & Parental Rights

Parents are the first and best advocates for their children. Will supports expanding school choice, restoring local control, and ensuring Missouri classrooms teach fundamentals — not ideology.

05

Pro-Life Without Exception

Will is unequivocally pro-life and will be a consistent, dependable vote for the dignity of every unborn child in the Missouri House.

06

Strong Families & Communities

Strong communities are built on strong families. Will will stand for Missouri's traditional values and oppose any legislation that undermines parents, faith, or community institutions.
